This has never happened to me before, but I thought I’d share it here in case it ever happens to any of you! Lesson learned – always confirm your ticket/itinerary so you know exactly where you’re going!

That One Guy Who Travels 
Oops indeed! I have also never had that experience – but I once did think my arrival time was my departure time for a flight. (That is, I thought I was leaving at 10 am, when in fact I was ARRIVING at my desired destination at 10 am.) Clearly I missed my flight. (And since I was 19 years old at the time, I was a basket case.) Since that incident, I have always triple-checked my departure times! [And yes, I did make it to my destination. The ticket agent at the airport was VERY kind; I still remember her, 20 years after the fact.]
